Emotional abuse is one of subtly, something that you may not recognise at first, it may even be that you didn't even notice it, until you are away from the relationship in whatever form that relationship was.

Together for the One is built on a vision that has been nearly two decades the making. While our goal was to provide a dedicated counselling services on the East side of Cardiff, tailored for individuals grappling with depression and anxiety. The vision evolved, to our focus to support for those who have experienced emotional and spiritual abuse, ensuring that we meet the diverse mental health needs of our community. We are here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and resilience.
